The standard pricing for a Notice to Owner is $40 PLUS the cost of postage. Register today and your first Notice to Owner will be $35 PLUS the cost of postage. A standard Notice to Owner is sent certified mail to the owner which is $5.21, a copy to your customer ($.41), and a copy to you ($.41) which comes out to $6.03. If additional parties are involved or necessary to get a copy ie. General Contractors, Attorneys, the postage charge will increase. We only pass on the cost of the postage.
